A couple of weeks ago, I shared with you a guide to help you choose gifts this holiday season for the ladies in your life. With the days getting shorter and shorter and everyone gearing up for the Christmas season to come in full swing, it’s definitely a good idea to start thinking (and buying) what you will give to your friends and family. Let’s try not to cram!
This time, I’m sharing with you a list of gift options for the very special guys in your life–from your brothers, to your friends, to your dads, and even your significant others! It’s time to be a little more creative this year and maybe not gift them any more shaving creams, razors, or body sprays. 🙂
I now have a very big family with no shortage of men on my give list. While my two favorite men are still very little and will love any toys that Santa will bring, it’s not that easy with the others. 😉
Here are some ideas for gifts to give the guys in your life. I hope you’ll have an easier time doing your Christmas shopping!
For your brother

When he retired back in 2016, he did so with 5 @nba championships, an MVP title, two Finals MVP awards, 18 All-Star appearances, and two Olympic gold medals to his name. His two-decade career was spent playing for the @lakers, who retired his jersey numbers 8 and 24 back in December 2017. He had a total of 33,643 points, 7,047 rebounds, and 6,306 assists to close his iconic and inspiring @nba career. _ Php 62,400 local pickup Have a piece of the Black Mamba's greatness with this KOBE BRYANT AUTOGRAPHED 2018 NIKE LOS ANGELES LAKERS GOLD AUTHENTIC JERSEY, available on www.hofa.ph! _ #BeHOFA #BeAuthentic #MakeHistory #OwnHistory #LosAngelesLakers #Lakers #LakeShow #MambaMentality #BlackMamba #KobeBryant #Kobe #Panini #Nike
Think about the hobbies your brother is into. Is he a huge sports fan? If you can swing for it, maybe he’d appreciate some memorabilia or merch, or even tickets to see a game he’s looking forward to. Is he into photography? Get him some new gear or sign him up for a workshop to increase his knowledge. If you’re not too sure about these, then you can’t go wrong with gift certificates so that he can get himself new threads or accessories!
For your guy friends
It may be tempting to take the easy way out and just give them food or socks for Christmas. Try to think out of the box! You can try giving your guy friends useful gadget accessories, like fast chargers, cables, or spare but good quality earphones. If you think it’s time to introduce them to the wonders of skincare, get them travel-sized essentials like a facial wash, toner, and moisturizer, as well as masks. Skincare is not just for girls, and can even help them score some extra pogi points!
For your beki friends
This is a little tricky, since you want to try to get them something that they’re interested in or something they can actually use. I like looking for hobby kits like DIY baking stuff that they can use to fill their kitchens with joy. Some of them will also appreciate getting things like good skincare. There are many affordable but effective brands that have small gifting kits for the holidays. If you think that they’ve been working way too hard and need a break, then a gift certificate to a spa would be a welcome treat for them! If you’re not totally sure again, just ask them for ideas!
For your significant other
Depending on how long you guys have been together, this can be the easiest or the haaaaaardest gift to give. You can always gift them an upgrade to their laptop or cellphone, or something related to one of their hobbies. For something a little bit more special, you can also try giving the gift of experiences. Get reservations for a special dinner, tickets to a show or adventure park, or maybe even arrangements for a short vacation. Shared experiences help strengthen your bond as a couple, and the memories you will eventually create are gifts that keep on giving.
For your dad
He was the first man in your life before anyone else. Even if you’re all grown up, and may even have kids of your own, you’re still his little girl. 🙂 Get dad something special, like a nice classic watch that he can wear everyday. If he’s a homebody, maybe a new comfortable mattress or pillows would be good. If he’s a legend in the kitchen, try getting him some grilling gear or a cast iron pan. You know him well, so spoil him!
I know it can be hard to think of great gifts to give the guys in your life, but with a little planning, it can be done.
How is your Christmas list going? Are you almost done shopping? Don’t hesitate to share your gift suggestions too! I might get some ideas from you. 🙂 Share them in the comments!
